Overview
This website and the services offered through it (collectively, the "Service") are operated by GrowTok LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("GrowTok," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, browsing, or using this website, or by purchasing any service from us, you ("you," "your," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
These Terms govern all access to and use of the Service, including any purchase of a subscription or one-time service, and any interaction with our marketing content, support channels, or social-media communications.
The Service
GrowTok is a social-media marketing agency that helps TikTok creators reach relevant audiences through a network of vetted micro-influencers. When you subscribe to a paid package, we develop a campaign strategy for your profile and coordinate outreach with micro-influencers in your niche, who in turn recommend your profile to their own followers.
GrowTok does not request or use your TikTok account password, does not post on your behalf, and does not automate engagement on your profile. Everything we do is performed through independent creators sharing your content with their own audiences.
No Guarantee of Results
The Service provides outreach and coordination. GrowTok does not guarantee any specific outcome, including any particular number of followers, views, engagement, monetization, brand deals, or earnings. Any numbers, ranges, or examples shown on the website are illustrative only and reflect typical industry ranges, not commitments. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including the quality and consistency of your content, your niche, platform conditions, viewer behavior, and applicable algorithms.
Eligibility and Account Registration
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence and that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Service if you are under the age of eighteen (18).
When you subscribe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself, your business, and the TikTok profile you want promoted, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials you use to communicate with our team and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Free Trial, Subscriptions, and Billing
We offer a three (3) day free trial on eligible subscription packages. At the end of the trial, your selected subscription will renew automatically at the stated weekly rate and will continue to renew on a weekly basis until you cancel. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including any taxes, at each billing cycle. If a charge fails, we may suspend or cancel your Service.
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change from time to time. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following notice from us. You are responsible for all fees associated with any package you subscribe to. Bank processing fees, chargebacks, or foreign transaction fees charged by your card issuer are not the responsibility of GrowTok.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty. To avoid a renewal charge, you must submit your cancellation request at least one (1) calendar day prior to your next scheduled billing date. Upon cancellation, your Service will continue through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and no further charges will be applied after that period ends.

Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service within the first thirty (30) days of your initial paid subscription, you may request a refund by contacting us. We will issue a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refund requests submitted more than thirty (30) days after the initial purchase will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.
Refunds are issued only for the most recent paid period and do not cover prior paid periods, partial-period use, or costs already incurred by GrowTok or our partner creators in delivering your campaign. Chargeback disputes filed directly with your card issuer in place of a refund request may result in immediate account termination.
Use of the Service
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized purpose. You may not, in connection with the Service:
- violate any applicable law or regulation or any third party's rights;
- submit content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that you do not have the right to distribute;
- submit a TikTok profile that promotes illegal activity, sexually explicit material involving minors, hate speech, or content that violates TikTok's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, our systems, or the systems of our partners;
- use the Service to impersonate any person or entity or to misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Service or the networks or services connected to the Service;
- reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
A breach of any part of these Terms may result in immediate termination of the Service without refund.
Platform Compliance
GrowTok is designed to work within the bounds of TikTok's Terms of Service. Our campaigns rely on independent creators recommending your profile to their own audiences. We do not operate botnets, we do not use fake engagement, and we do not require access to your TikTok account. You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your own channel, content, and conduct comply with TikTok's rules and with all applicable laws.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the GrowTok name, logos, text, graphics, software, and layout, is owned by or licensed to GrowTok LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use this website and the Service solely as contemplated by these Terms. Any other use is prohibited without our prior written consent.
You retain all rights to your TikTok profile content. By engaging the Service, you grant GrowTok and our partner creators a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to reference, link to, and describe your public TikTok profile content in the course of delivering the campaign you have purchased.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Service interacts with third-party platforms, including TikTok (owned by ByteDance Ltd.) and payment processors. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. GrowTok is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, or practices of any third-party website or service, and linking to or interacting with a third party does not imply our endorsement of it.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. GrowTok does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any particular outcome will be achieved through use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will GrowTok, its members, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to GrowTok for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GrowTok LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use or misuse of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party, or (d) any content you submit to us.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Statute of Limitations
You agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or through an on-site notice.
Severability and Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GrowTok regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or communications on the same subject.
