Privacy Policy

Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how GrowTok LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("GrowTok," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit this website, subscribe to our service, or otherwise interact with us (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy should be read alongside our Terms of Service, which governs your use of the Service. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, information we receive automatically when you use the Service, and information we receive from third parties acting on your behalf. Specifically:

Information you provide directly

  • Account and contact information — your name, email address, phone number (if provided), billing address, and ZIP/postal code.
  • Payment information — your payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor (Authorize.Net). We do not store full card numbers on our own servers; we retain a tokenized reference, the last four digits, and the card brand so we can manage your subscription.
  • Campaign information — the public URL of the TikTok profile you want us to promote and any niche or audience notes you share with your account manager.
  • Support and communications — the contents of messages, emails, or forms you submit to us.

Information we collect automatically

  • Usage data — pages viewed, links clicked, referring URLs, the date and time of your visits, and similar interaction data.
  • Device and connection data — your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and general location (such as country or region) inferred from your IP address.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see "Cookies and Tracking" below.

Information from third parties

  • Payment processor — fraud-prevention signals and transaction status from our payment provider.
  • Analytics and marketing partners — aggregated engagement data from platforms like our site analytics provider (Matomo) and attribution providers.
  • Publicly available information — information that is publicly available on your TikTok profile, which we reference when planning and running your campaign.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • to create and manage your account and subscription, and to provide the Service you have purchased;
  • to process payments and detect and prevent fraud;
  • to communicate with you about your account, billing, support requests, campaign updates, and changes to our Service;
  • to operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Service;
  • to send you marketing communications that may be of interest to you (you can opt out at any time, see "Your Choices" below);
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your information to develop unrelated products.

How We Share Information

We share personal information only in the limited circumstances described below.

  • Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Authorize.Net), hosting and infrastructure, analytics (Matomo), email delivery, and customer support tooling. These vendors are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations and may only use the information for the purposes we specify.
  • Micro-influencers in our network. To deliver your campaign, we share the public URL of your TikTok profile and any niche/audience notes you provide with the micro-influencers assigned to your campaign. We do not share your billing, contact, or payment information with micro-influencers.
  • Legal and compliance. We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that doing so is required to comply with a law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or valid governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to detect, prevent, or address fraud or security issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GrowTok, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. If GrowTok is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.
  • With your consent. In other cases, we will share information only with your consent or at your direction.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We and our analytics partners use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, measure how you interact with the Service, and support our marketing efforts. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

We use Matomo for privacy-focused website analytics and attribution tracking. Matomo is configured to use first-party cookies. We do not use cookies to build profiles across unrelated websites.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after that in order to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records. Specifically:

  • Account and subscription records are retained for up to seven (7) years after account closure for tax and accounting purposes.
  • Payment records are retained as required by applicable financial-recordkeeping laws (typically seven (7) years).
  • Support and communications are typically retained for up to three (3) years.

When we no longer need personal information, we will either delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.

Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular system-hardening reviews. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-compliant payment processor. No system can guarantee absolute security, and we cannot promise that your information will never be accessed by unauthorized persons; you use the Service at your own risk.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights with respect to your personal information:

  • Access. You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. To submit a CCPA/CPRA request, contact us at support@growtok.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request."

GrowTok is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have data-protection laws different from those of your country. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer and processing.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of eighteen (18), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by GrowTok. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to read their privacy policies before providing them with any information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
